Education to Orphans and Poor Families

AAS Foundation provides aids and donations to school/college & university going orphans as school fees, school uniforms, and food on monthly basis. From April 2023 to September, 2023 AAS Foundation has donated to 15 Orphan Families in District Nagar, 20 Families in District Gilgit, and 5 Families in District Skardu. In addition, AAS Foundation also helps those brilliant students who are very poor to afford University/College Fees. In future AAS Foundation will work for classrooms development by providing furniture and computers/laptops to College University students to earn online Rozgar/employment facility.

Microenterprises/ Rozgar for Widows and Orphan Families

AAS Foundation has developed this opportunity and engaged the poor families in small scale farming, Chicken Farming, Wool Processing, Embroidery, and Tunnel Farming. These little businesses help widowed mothers with children, providing them the opportunity to generate income for their livelihood. AAS Foundation is facilitating in establishing small businesses to the poor rural women to promote the items and generate their own income to become self-sufficient. With the support of our generous donors the AAS Foundation has donated 200 Chicken & 20 goats to widows and destitute so far. This program is ongoing until the self-sufficiency of poor on resources objective may be achieved.

Special Initiatives for Special Persons with Disabilities (SISP)
The AAS Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, regardless of caste, creed, religion, gender, or any other factors, to help them reach their full potential in all areas of life, particularly in social, economic, personal, and political spheres. The Foundation also encourages individuals with disabilities to foster an environment conducive to their full potential through inclusive practices and by building connections with donors, government entities, the private sector, and civil society. Key focus areas include strengthening initiatives related to water, sanitation, and hygiene, enhancing disaster risk reduction efforts, and improving the protection of individuals with disabilities through the provision of assistive equipment, support during disaster situations, promoting tourism, and ensuring access to basic education and healthcare, as well as capacity building and entrepreneurship. The following activities have been implemented to date:
1. Capacity building for individuals with disabilities.
2. Enrolments and financial assistance for academic institutions.
3. Development of entrepreneurship initiatives in handicrafts, tourism, and disaster management.
4. Provision of specialized assistive equipment, such as hearing aids, wheelchairs, tricycles, and prosthetic limbs.
House Construction for Widows.

We are planning to construct houses to very poor widow women who resides in tents/ mud structure without wash facilities to construct small scale houses with toilets etc. In this regard we need funds from our donors.

Establishing Vocational Training Centres for Orphan Youth

AAS Foundation is seeking donation for widows and orphans to sustain themselves by developing their own business ventures. We have established trainings for orphan youths on AC/fridge Repairs, Electricians, Motor cycle mechanic, Plumbers, Stitching School Uniforms, Dairy production, Chicken Farming, Agriculture off season tunnels and Auto Electricians.

Helping most Vulnerable with small Monthly Help

With the help of our very benevolent donors from USA, we have started a program through which very distressed widow families are given Max Rs. 12000 per month. Till now 35 such families (Widows) are being helped each month. From April 2023 onward our one worthy donors from USA have started financing these families. The number is gradually increasing as more donors across the globe are reaching us.

We have funded 129 Orphan Families across Gilgit Baltistan
