AAS Foundation actively engage volunteers across Gilgit Baltistan. Untill now almost 30 Volunteers are engaged in different sectors, organization, philanthropists, charity promotion.
We Seek generous donors, organization and individuals who belive on social welfare and donations for humanity in orphan education, shelter and health facilities.
AAS Foundation is open to all partners, who work with direct families, widows and orphans in providing cash or kind in construction of homes to homeless, microenterprises and trainings.
The AAS Foundation is basically an Umbrella Organization consist of community-based organization representing all 10 Districts of Gilgit Baltistan to Address Poverty, Education, Health, Gender Discrimination & Violence, Early Marriages Issues, Child Laboring and Child Drug Addictions.
AAS Foundation is seeking donation for widows and orphans to sustain themselves by developing their own income. We have established training centers for orphan youths in Computers handling, AC/fridge repairs, Electricians, Motor cycle mechanic, Plumbers, Stitching School Uniforms, Dairy production, Chicken Farming, Agriculture off season tunnels and Auto Electricians.

The AAS Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, regardless of caste, creed, religion, gender, or any other factors, to help them reach their full potential in all areas of life, particularly in social, economic, personal, and political spheres. The Foundation also encourages individuals with disabilities to foster an environment conducive to their full potential through inclusive practices and by building connections with donors, government entities, the private sector, and civil society. Key focus areas include strengthening initiatives related to water, sanitation, and hygiene, enhancing disaster risk reduction efforts, and improving the protection of individuals with disabilities through the provision of assistive equipment, support during disaster situations, promoting tourism, and ensuring access to basic education and healthcare, as well as capacity building and entrepreneurship. The following activities have been implemented to date:
1. Capacity building for individuals with disabilities.
2. Enrolments and financial assistance for academic institutions.
3. Development of entrepreneurship initiatives in handicrafts, tourism, and disaster management.
4. Provision of specialized assistive equipment, such as hearing aids, wheelchairs, tricycles, and prosthetic limbs.

AAS Foundation has developed this opportunity and engaged the poor families in small scale farming, Chicken farming, Wool processing, embroidery, and tunnel farming. These little businesses help widowed mothers with children, providing them the opportunity to generate income for their livelihood.
AAS Foundation is facilitating in establishing small businesses to the poor rural women to promote the items and generate their own income to become self-sufficient.

AAS Foundation supported and donated fees, school uniforms and food on monthly basis to 15 Orphan Families in District Nagar, 20 Families in District Gilgit, and 5 Families in District Skardu from April 2023 to September, 2023.
You can help widows by sending money directly to widow’s bank account. Till today 12 adoptions have been made. Donors send money directly to the accounts of the widows. We only indicate the deserving widows to them.

Access to safe drinking water is a basic human right. It prevents waterborne diseases, especially amongst children, and helps communities save time and energy which otherwise could be spent in fetching water from far off sources.
Winters (October to March) are very harsh to women of Gilgit Baltistan. These six months women of Gilgit Baltistan has to fetch water for drinking and other domestic purposes in snowy rough pathways and bring water in buckets on her back.
Considering this situation, AAS Foundation planning to identify safe drinking water sources (Springs, Rivers, Lakes) and connect with pipe networking
AAS Foundation believes the poor and ultra poor widows and orphans need special attention and financial aid to bring them in mainstream society as per everlasting welfare and eternal success by following universal teachings of Islam & Christianity.
AAS Foundation has donated an automated wheelchair to 12 years old special child and facilitated to go to school.
A 15 days training has been planned on rural offseason vegetables production via tunnel farming to the widows and orphans of District Gilgit
Desi chickens are always in high demand for eggs as well as meat. AAS Foundation plans to train 12 widow women in Union Council Chalt, Nagar to establish desi poultry farms as people seek out local breeds because they are tastier and are often needed in open markets and may be best source of income generation. Hence, AAS Foundation has planned to train and establish desi chicken farming for 12 widows of the valley.
17th Rabiul Awal during the Eid Mailadun Nabi (SAWW) AAS Foundation will install food for the procession and seek donations from local businessmen of GB to donate and construct a house of underage orphans. All International Donors are also requested to show their generosity.
